Our Return Policy
  • All Returns must be received back within 14 calendar days of receiving your order and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

 

  • Our inventory is changing daily so we will only offer Store Credit only, NO REFUNDS.

 

  • Store credit does not expire.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, you must contact us immediately. We can be reached by email at support@trendingtopkicks.com. Any defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of the item being delivered.

 

  • All Sale Items are FINAL SALE.

 

  • For hygienic purposes, all Hats and Accessories are FINAL SALE.

 

  • We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted for items that are stained, damaged, or worn. Tip: We recommend trying shoes on in a carpeted area.

 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

  • We do not offer Exchanges; however, returns are accepted and are subject to the return policy guidelines. 

 

  • Returns will be processed within 14 calendar days. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email with information regarding your store credit.

Our Shipping Policy
  • All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS within 7-10 business days. Next day shipping options are available at checkout. Once orders have shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. 

 

  • If an invalid mailing address is provided resulting in your package being returned, you will automatically receive a store credit and a new order will have to be placed. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit. We will NOT re-ship returned packages.

 

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

  • Free domestic shipping on orders $75 or more. The subtotal must be $75 or more prior to taxes for free shipping to apply.
