All Returns must be received back within 14 calendar days of receiving your order and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted for items that are stained, damaged, or worn. Tip: We recommend trying shoes on in a carpeted area.

Our Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS within 7-10 business days. Next day shipping options are available at checkout. Once orders have shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
If an invalid mailing address is provided resulting in your package being returned, you will automatically receive a store credit and a new order will have to be placed. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit. We will NOT re-ship returned packages.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Free domestic shipping on orders $75 or more. The subtotal must be $75 or more prior to taxes for free shipping to apply.
